Terri is highly skilled and very knowledgeable. She uses her B.S. in Kinesiology to formulate specialized workout programs for clients from all different backgrounds and excels at ensuring her clients feel cared for on a personal level.
Aaron is an enthusiast when it comes to helping his clients achieve their goals. He brings a level of understanding and care to each training session that leaves clients feeling encouraged and motivated to keep improving.
Jael is our newest trainer who began her career on campus at Texas A&M prior to her graduation. She has a knack for helping clients who lead extremely busy lives lose body fat and gain muscle. Jael is great at programming workouts to alleviate pain associated with long hours spent behind a desk, poor posture, and/or muscle imabalances. She makes a point to ensure all her clients understand the “why?” behind her programming as well.
Nancy believes that you should focus on Progress Over Perfection…which means breaking down your goals into manageable tasks and taking consistent action towards them. Perfection sets unrealistic expectations and can be a roadblock to progress. Focusing on progress allows for continuous improvement and shifts our perspective to recognize and appreciate the small victories along the way.
Kristen is an established trainer who travels to her client’s residences for most of her sessions. You are in good hands with her no matter your age, physical condition, or training background. She is very kind and care deeply for all her clients.
