DeCore Fitness Experts (personal trainers) are here to instruct clients in proper exercise technique, assess fitness levels, provide nutritional advice and motivate you toward your fitness goals. When you reach a point that you think you can’t, we’ll be here to tell you that you can and we’ll ensure that you do!

Group Fitness Classes
At DeCore Fitness Studio, you’re not just a number. You are a client with individual needs and as such, our small intimate fitness classes provide the perfect setting for customizing fitness plans to meet your specific goals and fitness needs. Because the classes are small (maximum of 10 people), the exercises are personalized and intensity is adjusted during the course of the class to meet varying fitness levels.
Classes are $12 per hour-long session.

- Flow Yoga
Our Boot Camps (maximum 30 people) integrate cardio, strength and interval training – like the group fitness classes these camps are customized to meet a client’s personal needs – whether you are a “walker” or a “sprinter”.
Camps cost $150 and are held three times a week for four weeks at convenient times in the morning and evening. Check the current schedule for boot camp by visiting our class schedule page.
If you are interested in our boot camp program but would like a different time and place, let us know and we can make one fit your schedule.
Camps have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 30 participants.
